St. Mary’s Christian School is supported through the payment of tuition, donations, and fund raisers. Fund raisers are essential to closing the gap between what families pay in tuition and what is actually spent on each child. Each family is expected to actively participate in raising funds to help underwrite tuition costs.
Tuition is paid through an electronic transfer process and can be paid in a lump sum prior to the beginning of the school year, in halves (September and January), or monthly. Regardless of which method is chosen, tuition is expected to be paid in full by May 30 of the current school year. The business office will work with each family to create a payment schedule that satisfies both the family and school needs. Prompt payment of tuition is necessary to allow for student attendance.
An annual, non-refundable registration fee is payable at enrollment. Two-Year-Old Program students are charged $75, returning students pay $200, and new enrollees are charged $250.
Tuition rates are reviewed each year by the School Board and adjusted, if necessary, to provide for the stability of the school.
Other Costs
We have attempted to keep additional costs to a minimum. Uniforms, school supplies, occasional snacks, field trip transportation fees, weekly reader fees for some classes and small fees for special projects are the only additional costs you should incur. Individual student pictures, class pictures, after-school enrichment classes and tutoring are all optional fees.
